Men's sunglasses brand on Shopify, built out over 3 months and trading for roughly two. Catalogue of ~980 SKUs, every listing written from scratch with unique SKUs, titles, descriptions, meta descriptions and image names. Where the loss came from: around 80% of traffic went to the US, which is where we launched. US CPCs and competition ate the margin. UK and Australian traffic performed noticeably better and that's the direction the store should be taken. The feed and listings are already configured for it, those markets simply haven't been funded properly. Traffic: Google Shopping only, through an approved Merchant Center account with a Simprosys product feed. No other channel has been touched. We fixed one misrep along the way we managed this store Timing: Australia's sunglasses season runs October through January. Whoever takes this over inherits a finished catalogue and an approved feed going into the quarter the product sells hardest, in the market that already performs best.
