How much do I earn per referral?
20% of the platform commission on every completed deal (purchase or sale) made by someone you referred. For example, on a $10,000 deal you'd earn $300.
Is there a limit on earnings?
No. There is absolutely no cap. The bigger the deals, the more you earn — and there's no limit on how many referrals you can have.
Do I earn for both purchases and sales?
Yes. If your referral buys a store, you earn 20% of our commission. If they sell a store, another 20%. Both count.
How long does my referral last?
Lifetime. Once someone signs up through your link, they are permanently linked to you. Every deal they ever make earns you 20% of our commission.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed by the admin team after each deal completes. You can request a payout from your dashboard under the Referrals tab. Note: Payments to non-USA bank accounts incur a $25 international wire transfer fee charged by our banking provider.
What if I share a listing — does my referral code get included?
Yes! When you are logged in and use the share buttons (X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Copy Link) on any listing, your referral code is automatically embedded in the URL.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not allowed. Each user can only have one referrer, and it cannot be themselves.
What counts as a "completed deal"?
A deal is completed when the admin marks the final "Deal Completed" milestone in the deal progress tracker. This happens after payment, transfer, and everything is finalised.
