Sell a Shopify store

GMC Marketplace lists Shopify stores with established advertising-platform history. Listing is free. Commission is charged only if the store sells. An admin reviews the listing before it goes live.

• Use one currency for asking price and for revenue, ad spend and profit. We do not calculate ROAS or payback across currencies.
• Financial figures you enter are labelled seller-provided. They are not independently verified unless we say so on the listing.
• Buyers see that Google, not GMC Marketplace, decides future Merchant Center and ads outcomes.
• When a sale is agreed, both parties e-sign an Asset Purchase Agreement before payment. You are paid after the buyer confirms handover.
