How Transactions Work
Every transaction on GMC Marketplace is personally facilitated by our admin team. Funds are secured before any assets are transferred — protecting both buyer and seller.
Find Your Listing
Browse verified listings of ecommerce stores with established GMC history. Use filters to find listings by niche, country, price, and platform. Click "Buy This Store" or "Ask a Question" to start.
Every listing is reviewed by our admin team before going live. Sellers display a trust tier badge (Verified, Trusted, or Elite) based on their identity verification and deal history. Unverified sellers are clearly labelled — look for the tier badges to buy with confidence.
Buyer Secures the Deal
The buyer submits payment or a secured deposit through GMC Marketplace to confirm the purchase. Our admin team facilitates all communication between buyer and seller.
Funds are held securely throughout the process. The seller knows the buyer is serious, and the buyer knows their money is protected until transfer is confirmed.
Seller Transfers the Assets
The seller transfers all digital assets to the buyer, guided step-by-step by our admin team. This typically includes:
- Shopify or WooCommerce store ownership
- Domain name transfer
- Google Merchant Center or Meta advertising platform access
- Advertising account access (if applicable)
- Associated business assets & platform credentials
Buyer Confirms Transfer
The buyer verifies that all assets have been successfully transferred and confirms that the transaction is complete. Our admin team checks in to ensure everything went smoothly.
Seller Gets Paid
Once confirmed, GMC Marketplace releases the settlement funds to the seller, minus any applicable platform fees.
Payments to non-USA bank accounts incur a $25 international wire transfer fee charged by our banking provider.

Listing Fee for Sub-$3,000 Listings
$99 one-time listing fee
Applies only to listings priced under $3,000
Listings priced at $3,000 or above remain completely free to list. For listings priced below $3,000 we charge a one-time $99 listing fee. This keeps GMC Marketplace exclusive and ensures every listing is high quality — serious sellers only.

Free listings above the threshold
Anti-gaming: listings originally priced at $3,000 or above cannot have their asking price reduced below $3,000 once approved. Boosting is also only available for listings priced at $3,000 or above.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
All communication goes through our platform chat, creating a complete record. If a dispute arises, our admin team investigates and can hold funds while the issue is reviewed. We work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
GMC Marketplace facilitates transactions between independent buyers and sellers. The underlying purchase agreement exists directly between the buyer and the seller. Tagan Labs LLC operates GMC Marketplace as a technology platform and transaction facilitator.
