Sell a WooCommerce store
WooCommerce stores with established advertising-platform history can be listed alongside Shopify stores. The deal process is the same: admin review, in-chat negotiation, Asset Purchase Agreement, then handover.
- Listing is free. Commission is due only on a completed sale.
- Prices are in US dollars by default, or you can list in euros. All payments are in USD. We pay out in USD. If you need euros, your payout is converted at our bank’s rate. Provide a USD account to avoid conversion.
- Enter financials in one currency. Incomplete ad spend will not produce a public ROAS figure.
- Past revenue and profit do not guarantee what a buyer will earn after transfer.
- Buyer Protection applies to the transaction and asset handover, not future platform approvals.
