This is not a 200-check spreadsheet and not Scout’s storefront scanner. It is the list of facts GMC Marketplace actually shows or does, mapped to the questions a buyer should still ask.

On the listing (fields we show)

• Platform (Shopify or WooCommerce), niche, business country, and selling-feed countries.
• GMC age in months, and whether the seller marked the GMC as previously reinstated.
• Seller-submitted ad spend, ROAS, revenue, last-30-day profit, and whether Shopify Payments is marked active.
• Asking price and currency. Store listings are not accepted below the platform floor of 1,500 in the listing currency.
• Seller trust tier: Unverified, Verified, Trusted (1+ completed deals), or Elite (3+ completed deals).
• On some listings, Scout-powered store intelligence: domain age, product counts, and similar public store facts — not a Merchant Center policy score.

On the live store (Google’s published audit list)

• Legal name, address, phone, and email match each other and would match a Merchant Center business profile.
• Shipping, refund, and privacy policies are real linked pages.
• No placeholder text, no broken Contact/Policy/product links, checkout is HTTPS.

On the deal (what this product actually does)

• Enquire from the listing. Admin connects both parties in platform chat. You accept Platform Transaction Terms when you enquire.
• When price is agreed, GMC Marketplace issues an Asset Purchase Agreement. Each party signs an anonymous counterpart in chat. Payment cannot be requested until both have signed.
• You pay into the marketplace process; the seller transfers store, domain, GMC or Meta access, and agreed credentials; you confirm; then the seller is paid (minus seller commission).
• Most transfers complete in 3–7 business days as a GMC Marketplace process range — not a Google clock and not a guarantee.
