• Consistent business information: legal business name, physical address, phone number, and email must be consistent across the website and the Merchant Center account.
• Clear policies: explicitly link to shipping, refund, and privacy policies.
• Site functionality: remove placeholder text, fix broken links, and ensure checkout is fully functional and secured with HTTPS.
• Identity verification: complete identity verification in Merchant Center with high-quality documents that match the account data.

The same Help family also names insufficient contact information and a missing return and refund policy as common warning and suspension reasons. Those are the same themes: can a customer find you, and can they see what happens after they pay.
