What Google reviewers check (the published audit list)
Google already published what to audit for misrepresentation and website-needs-improvement. There is no 14-point secret list — here is the Help Center list, nothing added.
You do not need an insider leak. For “Misrepresentation” or “Website needs improvement”, Merchant Center Help tells you to conduct a website audit that includes the following. We are not adding a fourteenth item.
- Consistent business information: legal business name, physical address, phone number, and email must be consistent across the website and the Merchant Center account.
- Clear policies: explicitly link to shipping, refund, and privacy policies.
- Site functionality: remove placeholder text, fix broken links, and ensure checkout is fully functional and secured with HTTPS.
- Identity verification: complete identity verification in Merchant Center with high-quality documents that match the account data.
The same Help family also names insufficient contact information and a missing return and refund policy as common warning and suspension reasons. Those are the same themes: can a customer find you, and can they see what happens after they pay.
If you are buying, walk this list on the live store before you enquire. If you already own the store, walk it before you click Request review.

Questions
Is there a leaked 14-point Google audit?
Not one we will repeat. The warnings-and-suspensions page already lists the website audit for misrepresentation and website-needs-improvement. If a blog adds points Google did not publish, treat them as practitioner colour — or ignore them.
Does GMC Marketplace score a listing against this list?
No. We may show Scout store facts and admin-reviewed seller fields. You still open the website and walk this list yourself.
Should I add extra “secret” checks I saw on a blog?
You can do extra homework. Do not present extra points as Google policy. If it is not on the Help pages cited here, it is practitioner colour.
