2. Connect with Buyers
Buyers ask questions or submit buy requests. Admin facilitates introductions.
3. Close the Deal
Negotiate via 3-way chat with admin support. Secure transfer process.

Whichever is higher
Commission is only charged on completed sales and is paid by the seller only, deducted from the funds they receive for the sold listing. Buyers pay nothing. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges. The commission covers admin facilitation, verification, and secure transfer support.
For Sellers
- All listing information must be accurate and verifiable.
- Sellers must provide access to GMC and Shopify for verification when requested.
- Commission is due upon successful completion of the sale.
- Listings may be removed at admin discretion if information is found to be misleading.
For Buyers
- Buy requests are reviewed by admin before proceeding.
- All communication regarding deals must go through the platform chat.
- Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before completing a purchase.
- GMC Marketplace acts as a facilitator, not a guarantor of any transaction.
General
- Users must not attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid commission.
- All users must maintain respectful communication.
- GMC Marketplace reserves the right to ban users who violate these terms.
- These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
